Availability & Production Time
All items featured on our website are handcrafted to order. Standard production time is 2-3 business days. For bespoke customizations (such as specific colors or custom finishes), production typically takes about 7 business days. Each piece is meticulously crafted by hand to ensure the highest quality standards.
Shipping & Costs
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination:

Italy: €7.99 (Free for orders over €49.00).

European Union: €12.99 (Free for orders over €79.00). For deliveries to European islands or express shipping requests, please contact us in advance to arrange the best possible solution.
Return & Exchange
As our products are made-to-order or customized, we do not accept returns. Exchanges are only permitted in the event of clear damage upon arrival, provided that photographic evidence is submitted.
Water-resistant and maintenance
Every creation is finished with protective vegetable oil. While occasional contact with water will not damage the item, prolonged immersion in salt or chlorinated water is discouraged. The finish can be restored over time by applying a new coat of natural oil; we are available to provide detailed instructions on this process.
Materials and allergies?
We exclusively use untreated natural wood and Tung oil for protection. No chemical solvents or synthetic varnishes are used. Our products are safe, except in cases of specific individual allergies to the wood essences used.
