📦 Availability & Production Time
All items available on this website are made to order.
Standard production time is 2–3 business days. If you need a more precise timeframe, feel free to contact me before placing your order.
If an item is temporarily unavailable or if you request a customization (such as a specific cord color), the average production time is about 7 business days.
Each piece is handcrafted with care. This process takes time, but it ensures a unique and long-lasting result.
🚚 Shipping & Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the postal code and destination country.
To view shipping rates, simply add a product to your cart, log into your account, and enter your postal code — the system will calculate the cost automatically.

🚛 Free shipping for orders over €60 in Italy and over €99 within the EU.
Please note: deliveries to European islands may require special arrangements — in this case, contact me before ordering.
🔄 Can I return an item?
Dogstar Wood Lab products are custom-made or made to order, therefore returns are not accepted, except in case of visible damage upon delivery (photo evidence required).
Wood is a natural material and may show signs of wear over time, but with proper use your item will last for many years.
💬 If you experience any issue or have concerns, I am always available to find a solution.
💧 Are the products water-resistant?
Yes. Each item is finished with a protective natural vegetable oil.
Occasional contact with water is not a problem. However, prolonged immersion in salt or chlorinated water may damage the finish.
If needed, the protective layer can be restored with a new application of oil. Contact me and I’ll be happy to explain how.
The paracord cord is water-resistant. After contact with water, the product may remain damp until completely dry.
⚠️ Can the products cause allergies?
I use untreated wood and only natural vegetable oil (tung oil) for protection.
No chemical products or synthetic varnishes are used.
Unless you have a specific allergy to a particular type of wood, you should not experience any issues.
